   By default, this feature is off. You can email support@justhost.com and request this feature to be turned on for your account.

   Yes you do receive a Site Seal when you purchase an SSL Certificate.
3. Do you support SFTP?
   SFTP is activated if you have SSH access. If not, you need SSH access to be able to use SFTP.

   Shoutcast is supported on any of Just Host's dedicated server accounts, but not currently on our shared hosting plans. Please contact our sales team on sales@justhost.com for further information.

   Yes, as long as the material does not infringe on any copywrites.
7. Can I upgrade to another package?
   If you are interested in upgrading your Just Host package please contact our support team at: support@justhost.com.
8. Do you offer monthly payment plans on all of your packages?
   All of our Just Host plans come with a monthly billing option. Once you have selected the plan for you, you will be given the payment options which are montly, semi-annually and annually.
9. Do your servers support the PHP GD Library?
   Yes, Just Host supports PHP GD Library. You can upload the ttf's to your site and have GD call them.
10. How do I access my site using SSH?
    You can purchase SSH for your account at any point through your cPanel account. Simply click on SSH in the Optional Account Addons and then click 'Add Extra'. SSH costs $19.95 per year.
11. How do I add a user to my cPanel account?
    Only one primary login can be issued per cPanel account, so it is not currently possible to add a new user.
12. Does JustHost offer Ruby on Rails support?
    Yes, we offer Ruby on Rails support. The web program can be found in your cPanel account under 'Software/Service' as 'RubyGems'.
13. What versions of PHP and MySQL do you provide?
    Just Host currently offers PHP 5.2.5 and MySQL 5.0.45 with all hosting plans.
